Different generations naturally require different communication methods or strategies.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"3:1-3:322\">In this training, BPOM was equipped with effective communication techniques tailored to each generation. One of these techniques involved presenting one&#8217;s voice effectively during communication.
