Recognizing this, The Bridge Academy collaborated with Resvara to deliver an exclusive training program for internal employees, external staff, and all of Resvara&#8217;s clients, including Quaker, Airpaz, the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, the Ministry of Information and Technology, and others.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"5:1-5:322\">This program is designed to build a strong service mindset, enhance effective communication, and ensure that every individual can apply service excellence in their work. The program provides an interactive learning experience through simulations, case studies, and role-playing that mirror real-world workplace situations.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:288\">With this approach, participants not only understand the theory but are also ready to apply it from their very first day at Resvara.
